Follow the steps to get started:


  • Run or walk 7K in 7days - you can run up the stairs, jog around your garden or dance in the kitchen.
  • Complete 14 workouts for wellbeing - these could be of your own design or from fitness videos online including yoga, HIIT, Dance or whatever you fancy.

  • Family fitness could include a football match in the back garden, a PE lesson together from online or skipping. It is up to you what you choose.
We have also created a facebook support group to get inspiration and motivation as well as post your progress
