This workshop can be delivered over a couple of hours or half a day.

We'll help you to connect with your senses, abit like building a bridge between the mind and the body. It can help improve emotional and often physical wellbeing by helping you to manage anxious thoughts particularly around the past and the future. You will develop the ability to focus on the 'here & now' of the present moment. Mindfulness can also help improve your relationship with yourself and others.
