This workshop can be delivered over a couple of hours or half a day. We'll help you to connect with your senses, abit like building a bridge between the mind and the body. It can help improve emotional and often physical wellbeing by helping you to manage anxious thoughts particularly around the past and the future. Managing Mental Health in the Workplace

This three hour course is for line managers and aims to increase their understanding of the common mental health problems staff can present with and how to practically support staff at work. We will cover the law regarding reasonable adjustments for people who's mental health is seen as a disability and the Equality Act 2010. Practical tips and useful resources will be provided. Read more
