5K a Day in May Do something amazing this May Take on our 5K a day in May challenge and help Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind support our local communities mental health. What do I need to do? It's simple you can walk, run, cycle, swim or even skate 5K every day during the month of May and get sponsored for your efforts. You can log your miles in a notebook, via strava (or an app of your choice), onto your Just Giving page or you can post them into our Facebook group.
